Last Wednesday, onboard the Norwegian Dawn cruise ship, three adult male passengers lured two teenagers, a 17 old boy and a 16 year old girl back to their cabin to force them into engaging in sex with each other.
The suspects are Alexander Kanawati, 22, Andrew Wein, 22 and Javier Waterhausen, 26. The three defendents froced the teenagers into into Kanawati's cabin where they pressured the children into having sex with eachother, using a mix of alcohol and intimidation.
The children were eventually able to escape the room and ran to their parents to let them know about the incidents. The parents notified the ship security officer and alerted U.S federal agents who detained the suspects when the cruise ship arrived in St. Thomas, a U.S. territory.
In the report, the children claim that Westerhausen and Kanawati both sexually fondled the girl and Kawanati grabbed the girl and tried to force her into the cabin bathroom asking her if "if she wants a real man".
