cuts well but cuts crooked This knife cuts well except for the fact that the blade doesn't seem to stay straight when you cut with it. This is especially noticeable when you are cutting something hard like a carrot. Instead of the blade cutting straight down it cuts at an angle. I actually wound up cutting my figure because of it. I returned the first knife, thinking that I had just gotten a knife with a crooked blade. However, the replacement is doing the same thing.
