NOT THE CORELLE I USED TO KNOW I am disappointed with the quality of these dishes. The pattern is uneven and the finish is not the smooth perfection I had previously found with corelle. Some of the bowls are so rough on the bottom they may scatch the table. The size and shape of mugs are nice but the color does not match the other pieces. The quality I have previously found just is not there anymore.

Great for kids learning table manners We got these for two rough and tumble boys who haven't mastered how to keep plates on the table. I hated using up dozens of paper plates a week, and wanted to make sure I knew when a plate hit the floor so I could correct the behavior. These have fit the bill perfectly. The boys are leaving the plates in place because they know I can hear when they are rough housing even if I'm getting juice in the fridge and can't see them! They are easy to clean and come out very well in the dishwasher. What more could a busy mom want?

Concerned about Amazon's pricing scheme rating based on false pricing scheme I got an email saying this set was on-sale for 19.99. So I went to buy it but on the site it says that it is on sale for 29.99 shipping from Target. So I went directly to the Target site andwas amazed to see the list price is only $32.99 yet Amazon has their list price at $50+. Makes me wonder what else they have over priced. I like to shop at Amazon but now I am concerned. Make sure to double check the prices else where.

love this set I bought this set last Christmas to go lightweight and unbreakable. When internet research showed me this beautiful and colorful design I was pleased. The mix/match concept is very appealing. The product did not disappoint, it is just as nice as the picture. The colors and design coordinate well with other pieces and linens I have, especially an oriental set of bowls. Consequently, to me they look a little oriental. The mugs are the prettiest I've ever had. I am still adjusting to the shallowness of the bowls....that's the only "flaw". Lovethis set and will be ordering some more. It would be great if coordinating serving pieces and accessories were available!

Perfect family dinnerware I bought Corelle for the first time and have been pleasantly surprised. I am a self admitted kitchenware/food snob, but when we had a baby I decided to get real and buy this instead of all the plastic dishes that are made for kids. I bought 4 dinnerware sets and 4 snack sets about 6 months ago and theyre perfect: durable, safe (BPA free of course), microwavable, pretty good looking, arrived in one piece in a timely manner, and we havent broken one yet (knock on wood). Im a convert. White is the perfect color to show off your food too. Lightweight and practical. I've had corelle Livingware before, but gave it away when I received a wedding gift of fancier dinnerware. I was tired of dragging out this heavy stoneware and taking it out of the dishwasher and trying to place several plates up in the cupboard. Since several of our plates were broken and the bowls weren't practical, I decided to go back to Corelle ware and found this pretty set. Unloading the dishwasher is easy now and my husband, who often has no opinion on anything house related, loves the coffee mugs and the fact you can actually eat out of these bowls without spilling. Great buy--bought three sets so I never am found without an extra place setting for company.

What I like best about Corelle dinnerware is that they're so easy to clean. Even after leaving the plate in the sink for an hour or more, bits of food on your plate just slide off as you wash it, no excessive scrubbing or those annoying dried bits still stuck to the plate after washing.
They're very durable, I've knocked them around a bit, no scratches or chips at all. I've had friends drop their Corelle plates onto the floor or sink and still no damage! I put mine in the lower tier of the dishwasher all the time, no problems there. So resilient despite them being lightweight.
I had no problems with shipping either, everything came on time and without defect. I'm definitely sticking with Corelle dinnerware from now on.

Classic dishes - never out of style! I grew up on Corelle, and was happy to find it so reasonably priced at AZ. Ordered 4 boxes, and only one arrived with the dreaded "crunching" sound ... turns out the only casualty was a single drinking glass, which I wasn't planning to use anyway. The dishes themselves are superb! I went round and round on pattern, but decided on plain white as classic and clean. I plan to use these for a LONG time, and didn't want to get bored with dots or flowers. The white set also has the most economical additional pieces - frequently available at local "big box" retailers for a lot lessthan online.
Bottom line, these are durable, classic dishes that will hold up to years and years of use. Well proportioned, and easy to maintain - Corelle is a winner!
