Works exactly as it's supposed to! After trying out different types of dough (varying amounts of semolina flour vs all purpose flour, different amounts of eggs, etc), I figured out that 1 1/4 cups of semolina flour, 1 cup of all purpose flour and 4 eggs works perfectly to make a pound of fresh, rich pasta dough. You knead in more flour on the work surface then let it rest in the fridge awhile. This made the dough soft enough to work with but dry enough to not get stuck in the rollers & cutters. BTW, a trick to clear the rollers or cutters of wet pasta is to simply run some dryer dough through behind it. That, and DON'T EVER wash this machine in water. Just brush off flour or dough with a pastry brush or whatever.
But once the right dough got figured out, this machine works perfectly. There is a complaint below about "metal shavings" and particles left in the pasta roller from the manufacturing process. I'm not sure why she complained about it, since the owner's manual mentions it and says that you need to "season" the machine before you use it. To season it, simply make a fairly dry dough, roll it out so that it will fit in the rollers and run it through the rollers a couple of times and then the cutters. This worked fine for me.
I think that the Imperia 150 pasta roller is a well-made and solidly built machine. The gears turn smoothly, and after figuring out the best dough to use the machine worked exactly as it's supposed to.

Not stainless steel, it's aluminum. I received the biscuit maker a few days ago and much to my surprise it is not made out of stainless steel. It is made out of aluminum, which is the material is was trying to avoid. This item is unfortunately advertised incorrectly. I am therefore returning it to amazon.

Mercato Atlas 150 Poorly made I purchased this pasta machine and wasn't even able to roll 1 sheet before the rollers stopped turning. Upon further inspecttion it doesn't appear to be assembled correctly. I had high hopes for this machine but was sorely dissappointed.
Fresh Pepper is much more flavorful and healtier than pre-ground pepper. Stored pepper looses flavor and can grow mold when the hard shell of the peppercorn is broken and allowed to stand for long periods of time. A dash of fresh ground pepper adds to any gourmet dish
Pricey but nice We got both the salt and matching pepper mills. They look good, seem to be well designed, and work well. The only annoying thing is that the domed cap (under the grinder handle) can move up and down freely about 1/4 to 1/2 inch for no apparent reason. Nonetheless, we like them.

Very Effective This product was 100% effective in eliminating a serious mole problem in my yard. Poison peanuts, traps, insecticides, dogs, shovels, water, etc. had not done much. You must follow the directions and find the most recently used burrow,dig down a few inches to see the actual tunnel(as close as possible to where you think the nest is) and insert the GD with the fuse pointed toward the nest.

Atlas 370 Gloves I have gone through 4 pairs of these gloves before purchasing these. A pair can last me 2 seasons. My hands are small and most gloves are too large even if marked small. These fit perfectly and are very confortable. I can also feel things like weeds and can pick up small things. Great gloves!

Best quality pepper mill I was hesitant to buy this peppermill because of the price... I needed a new one after losing my old one in a move. I've owned three peppermills and is the best one I've ever used at home, in a restaurant or cooking demonstration. I loved it so much that I bought a additional one to use for grinding whole cinnamon and purchased the matching salt grinder! These are built to last a lifetime and the grind size is adjustable. A interesting thing I noticed after the purchase is the handle on top for the salt and pepper grinders is cut differently... in other words Im saying these would be a nice gift for someone without site.. they could use touch to tell which is which.

Nice Gloves Excellent and precise gloves. The only drawback is the cloth seems to stain easily if you get a lighter colored pair. I bought the apple green gloves and they hand wash and air dry easily. Rose thorns do not poke through the Nitrile and are excellent for pruning. I was also impressed by how thin they were and how strong. You can even use these gloves to thin out seedlings without being hampered by the heavy, bulkiness of other gloves.
